Foster Home Feedback: 2/9/15 It's been almost one week with my new foster family and it has flown by. They have a really big dog named Bella. She is a mastiff and we are good friends. Sometimes she doesn't want to play quite as rough as I do. She just gives one loud bark and I know to give her some space. This weekend I got to spend time at the farm where I met two labs, one Shiba Inu, and a shop cat. We all had a blast. I'm still working on greeting new people with all four paws on the floor. It's tough sometimes because I get so excited to say hello. I love to snuggle and give kisses. I really enjoy going for walks and for the most part I do a really good job of staying right next to my human. My favorite game is tug. I'm looking forward to meeting my forever family. 1/18/15 Lola has been with us a couple weeks now and continues to show us her fun personality! She continues to do well with the kids.... in fact she probably prefers them to me :) Lola LOVES to play tug with her rope toys. She also loved it when her puppy friend came to visit!! Lola met a couple of cats for the first time a few nights ago and she did very well with them. Much to her dismay, she liked the cats more than they liked her. Lola knows sit and shake. She is a smart girl and we will work on more tricks!! Lola knows that she is not allowed on the couch or bed unless she is invited up. Believe me, its tough to say no to that face! Lola is a great girl! We have all enjoyed having her with us while she awaits her forever family! 1/3/15 Lola has only come to stay with us just today. She did a great job when introduced to the resident mini schnauzer. Lola LOVES my eight year old son! She became very excited, wagging her tail and smiling when he came down the stairs. Lola sat at his door when he want into his room and waited for him to come out! Needless to say, she thinks he is a pretty cool dude. Lola is completely potty trained and rides very well in a car. She didn't want to go into her kennel when I told her to right away but after she "kenneled up" she was fine and whined a little when the house got quiet. It appears that we will need to work on leash skills. Lola is very curious and does pull but I think that when we try a harness tomorrow things will go pretty well. I look forward to seeing more of her personality come through in the following days. I have really enjoyed her thus far! More about LolaGood with Dogs, Good with Kids
