Dexter has settled in nicely. His favorite thing is to go for walks where he can stop and smell everything. He's getting better about not pulling so much on the leash too, which is nice considering he's 72 lbs of muscle and curiosity. When out on walks he is always very curious about other dogs and people but never barks unless another dog barks at him first. After a slow introduction to my two cats, Dexter is doing the best of the three. They've all settled into a routine. They hiss at him when he gets too close and he mostly ignores them.  Dexter likes his treats and knows a few commands: sit, lay down and we are working on stay.  He is an interesting mix of wanting to be active outside a lot but also being very relaxed while inside.
