Foster Home Feedback:

11/28/14

Gabby is finally coming out of her shell and it is so fun to experience!  She wags her tail when she sees us and can't wait to cuddle on the couch! She was spayed last week and is recovering from her surgery.  She didn't like to leave it alone so she is rocking the cone for a week or two until she is completly healed.  She was able to have her teeth cleaned and now eats solid food easily and loves to chew on rawhides.  Her potty training has become so much better now that we have her on a schedule.  She gets a long great with our other dogs but still a little timid.

She would be the perfect dog for someone looking for an adult dog and would love to find her forever home in time for Christmas!

Gabby came to us with her good friend Dot. We fostered both of them for a few days and decided to split them because they are very dependent on each other. They have been apart for three days now and Gabby is coming along. She is getting better at eating and potty training. Still working with her to go outside but she will always go on the puppy pad if she does go in the house. She is still shy and timid around us at times and around our three other dogs but making great progress! She is fun to have around and is actually very easy! All she needs is a blanket and someone to cuddle next to and she is very happy!

Gabby is a sweetie. She is very shy so we are requiring her go to a home with another dog as she feels more safe with them around. She is super bonded to Dot (also available for adoption) and pretty much does what she does. We are working on potty training but she kennels well and doesn't make a peep! She will need a home with a fenced in yard because she has never been walked on a leash and is very scared of them. Gabby is a sweet girl, and we hope she feels safe enough to come out of her shell soon enough!
