Foster Home Feedback: **A private donor and dogIDs have sponsored Tucker's full adoption fee** 9/28/15 He is about 85% potty trained, which for his age is probably as good as it’s going to get. He enjoys cuddling and going for walks and likes rides in the car. 5/10/15 Tucker is still having some potty issues, but will go outside almost every time you take him out. I’ve left pads out in some of his favorite places just in case. He’s much better with steps and jumping off things (he used to be scared). Tucker is great on a leash and loves going out for a walk. Now that the weather is nicer, I’m anxious to see how he likes the dog park. He’s a great cuddler at night and once he’s snuggled in, he won’t leave the bed. 3/28/15 Tucker is gradually learning to go down the stairs. He mastered going up the stairs quickly, but was still very apprehensive about going down them. He’s gotten better on a leash and enjoys walking when the weather is nice. He’s not a fan of the cold and snow, but neither am I. ;) Potty training is still an issue, but we’re working on maintaining a schedule for him. At night he sleeps on the bed and won’t jump off in the night to go potty, so that helps. We have pads laid out for him that he’ll occasionally use. Even though he’s 8, he still enjoys playing with dogs toys and running with our other dog. 1/4/15 Tucker is adjusting well to our home. He does well with other dogs but is past the "play" stages of life and would much rather cuddle with his people. Potty training is still in the works. He knows that he needs to do his business outside and goes every time we let him out. What he seems to struggle with is letting us know when he needs to go out. Tucker came from a home that didn't have him on a schedule so its not a surprise he is having some trouble. We are using a diaper in between let outs while we are working on training. Tucker has his quirks but he is going to make someone a wonderful little lap dog!
