3/15/2020 Update: Seven is a sweet, loving, and playful little guy. He welcomes new people once he's had a couple minutes to scope them out and enjoys the extra play time new people provide. Aside from playing with his brother and the resident cats, Seven's favorite thing to do is to snuggle with his best buddy, his brother Woody. These boys are a couple of peas in a pod and are rarely seen apart from one another . They have so much fun playing with each other and chasing one another around. Seven adjusts pretty quickly to new places, people, and kitties. Though he hasn't been around dogs yet, he would probably do okay with them too, especially if he had Woody with him. Because of the close bond these two brothers share, they really would benefit most by being adopted together. (The adoption fee for both together is only $90!) There's no doubt that both Seven and Woody will bring so much love and fun into their new home and the hearts of those who are lucky enough to get them!
It's been a rough start to life for Seven (and his brothers Woody & Spruce). Thrown out to fend for himself at approximately eight weeks of age, Seven was fortunate enough to be found and brought to the local pound near him. After no one claimed him at the pound Seven entered our rescue, where he quickly became ill. Struggling with one illness after another, it was a long battle for the three litter mates. Now healthy and full of life, Seven is ready to find his furever home. He enjoys playing with toys and his brother, as well as looking out the window. Seven is fearful of new people at first but once comfortable with you, he loves nothing more than to snuggle in close and be held. At times it seems as though he's trying to hug you! He can startle fairly easy and seems to prefer a calmer setting. Seven feels most confident when with his brother Woody so being adopted together would be in his best interest (second animal is half price, making the adoption fee for this dynamic duo only $135). Don't miss out on the opportunity for the love and joy these ginger boys will bring you, fill out an application today! ** Seven has been using the litter box with no issues. By the time of his adoption, he will be current with his vetting, which includes a wellness exam, FIV/Felv testing, vaccinations, neuter, and microchip (lifetime enrollment).
