Meet  Zoey , a 10-year-old papillon. Quiet, yet strong, she’s a lot like her namesake from the television show, West Wing. As a rescued breeding dog, she’s still learning to enjoy the things every pup should experience in life, but she’s very smart and learns quickly, especially by watching her younger foster brother, a spaniel mix. Right now, she’s learning how to walk with a leash, use the bathroom outside, walk up stairs, and enjoy treats! Exploring the sights, sounds, and smells of her fenced-in-backyard is one of her favorite things to do. She loves chasing and playing with her foster brother, but never roughly.
