If you are looking for a dog that loves to be around his people, minimal barking and a great snuggler, then Asher is your guy.  He is one small ball of joy.  Asher walks great on a leash, gets along with kids and other dogs.  He does like to chase cats but I think it is because they are larger than he is!  He would like a home where someone is going to be able to spend a large part of the day with him.  Asher does not mind the kennel but prefers to be chillin with his human family.  Can you open your heart and give Asher his fur-ever home?
