Foster Feedback

As Aja adjusts to her foster home her personality is coming out more each day.  She has showed a playful side after she has had her fill of cuddle time.  She does well with her foster siblings but she is also an alpha cat.  If she is eating she will let the others know to wait their turn.  If she is on her foster Mom she wants one on one attention. She does not like to share in other words but she is not overly aggressive. She will hiss or give one swipe to let the other cat know to respect her space. We suspect that she would do just fine as an only cat.  She does not seem to need that cat companionship that some cats need, she prefers humans if she has a choice. 

Now dogs are another story.  She loves dogs! Big, small, doesn't seem to matter.  She doesn’t even hesitate with them. She rubs on them and has had no hissing or scared reaction to them.  We are betting that she has previously lived with dogs and probably grew up with them for as comfortable as she is with them. So if you have a dogs home with no other cats Aja would be the perfect cat for you!

A unique thing about Aja is her cute little black heart nose.  She is super cuddly and also gives little love bites.

Aja is using a litter box with no accidents and is using the cat tree's and cardboard scratchers appropriately.  Aja has received a wellness exam, is FIV/Feluk negative, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped with a lifetime enrollment with AKC Reunite!

Aja is a petite, young cat who seems to be a pretty easy going girl so far.  She is doing great with her foster siblings with a very short adjustment time.  When we are in the room with her she is not interested in playing, she wants to cuddle on our chest & be loved.  She is a quiet, clean cat and has been using the litter box with no issues.
